As we say goodbye to 2020 we want to offer some gratitude to our patients, friends and team.
Cranbrook PT was able to stay open during the pandemic and deliver much needed care to patients in pain, healing from injuries and recovering from surgery, because of our dedicated, smart, caring and hardworking staff… Anne P, Georgina, Santina and Jessica.
We also wanted to offer a special thanks to:
-
Our patients. We appreciate the trust you had in us to comply and adhere to COVID-19 precautions while caring for all of our patients. We reduced the “red tape” and streamlined our procedures for getting patients in to PT with less hassle
- Our referring physicians who remained steadfast and loyal knowing that our patients needed us especially during this difficult time
- The darling, stylish Chrissie Smith who became our social media guru and has been crucial in helping us explain, define and communicate how we can help patients
- Marissa Cooper who we had to say goodbye to as our longtime bookkeeper. She remains a dear friend and loyal supporter. And, we were beyond fortunate to “find” and welcome in Marji Opel as our new bookkeeper
- Our local favorites as we continued to have our weekly lunches, laughs and snicky snacks from … Little Daddys, Birmingham Brew, Bloomfield Deli, Mr. Kabob, Bloomfield Hillsbucks and Jersey Mike’s
- Our 2 full time students: Jillian Odom DPT and Sunny Yim DPT from the University of Michigan. They each spent 10 weeks with us to complete their clinical training to become Doctors of Physical Therapy. They were a joy to have with their youthful perspective and excitement to contribute to the field of Physical Therapy
-
Dr. Alissa Davies who joined our team in November. She is very talented, knowledgeable and sweet and we are so grateful to have her
To wrap up the year, we had a small, socially distanced yummy holiday lunch compliments of Chipotle with homemade Jingle Juice punch complete with a fun aggressively-played Saran wrap game. Our entire team wants to thank you and wish you a happy and healthy new year, and cheers to 2021!
